There is some strange stories from the Chinese news paper... There is a house that have been burned down. The weird thing is that only the deity that they pray is unburned... So is it because of its power? Well....
The next story is, there is a nightclub that has been closed down. They say that it is because of a spirit who is unrest. There is a drunk guy who saw a woman in white floating and carrying a baby to ask for help. And the guy is so frightened, he ran off. Maybe he is drunk and imagine things. But there are also some other people claimed to saw the spirit around the area. So they closed the nightclub and ask some taoist to pray for the ghost...

7th month story...

Well... quite weird that when I am sleeping, then in the early morning, when I am half awake, I heard a boy's voice. Well... maybe It is from the neighbour. Well... or I maybe partly in dreamland... Hopefully it is not some kind of "dirty" thing... erm.... Recently heard a story from my mom, her friend's father had died after a fall who is about 50+... Before they had went to ask the medium about it. The medium had said that the ghost are coming to get the debts that he had owe 1000years ago. The ghost do not want any money but wanted to kill him. So at last he died... Hmm... Is it true that we had a 1000 years of past lives? Some more got into some debts and had to return now...

Reading fortune for people

I know that lots of people says that fortune telling or whatever relate to it is kind of superstitious to believe in it. I am not 100% believer of it too. But I am curious about it. So when i get to know people who knows some skills on it, I will ask. When I just get to learn some skills on it, I will try on people and see if the method works. When I am working I try it on friends and some people which I just get to know. I am quite surprise that it is about 70% to 80% accuracy. As that method is taking lots of time to do and need DOB and time. So now I seldom use. I try on other methods. To my surprise, even in cards it is quite accurate.

The 7th month....

Well... 7th month had arrived. It is to be said as the ghost month. Last night came with thunder and rain.... It seems like it is the opening of the hell of gates... oooo..... Well.... Just now as I am on my way home, I felt a chill on the air.... and some heat.... As they have burned the papers. I had saw a old lady from a distance sitting down on the sides of the pathway.... in the dark corner.... As I approached.... She smiled.............. and she.... talked to herself...... and wave at me..... I just ignored her and walked on .... So manage to reach home.... haha....
It seems that when we are coming to the age of technology, we believe more towards science and logic than the belief of ghost and spirit. Whether there is or not, it still need to be more proof to be shown. In our parents times, most people will believe in the superstitious stuff. And when a person is sick, he will go to the (tan gi) which is a spirit of deity who enter a human body to help people. Usually they will drink on the water with the charm being burned. It is quite strange that after drinking those charms, they recover from illness. In the old times, people do not see each other and got married, so they believe that using the 八字 to match a wedding will help the person to know whether is it a good marriage or not. In modern times, there is not necessary because there is such thing as dating. We will know each other character by then before marriage.
Well... there is a belief..... in the 7th month, do not go swimming... because there is ghost that will want to take over your body. So .... how true is it ? Go and try swimming alone in the sea or swimming pool which has lesser people...

Doctor or Quack?

Sometimes when the doctors from the hospital can't help you or be it too expensive to go for. People will go for an alternative way to be treated. There is one which I have seen which a lot of people will agree with me that he is a quack. There is once which my parents have heard that there is a "expert" some kind of chinese doctor which is good at healing with just using his hands and some sort of acupressure. I have heard that he is a very bad person as in someone kneel down to beg him to heal and yet he is unmoved. So I went to see him. He is healing people at the HDB block. After that, i think that he seems to have real skills. Maybe not a real quack. But when i see how he so called treat his patients... Well... A most women were treated by him. He always touches the woman's private parts... Well... I don't think that any other doctor will put their hand into the cloths and touch on the private parts, especially chinese doctors. If necessary, they will surely asked before. Luckily, he didn't touch mine!! Well.. whether he is that skilled or not, that is up to you to believe.
There is another case which I heard, a massage guy who do his business at home. There is one woman, which went there for massage, there is only him and that woman at home. And he ask her only to wear something to cover her private parts. And that woman is frightened so she take his pills and strange things happened... She had headache at a certain time at night almost everyday... Lucky she had prayers of 观音 at home. So she stop going there and stop taking his medicine. Now she recovered. Hmm... Is it a case of a black magic?

An acidic balance will: decrease the body's ability to absorb minerals and other nutrients, decrease the energy production in the cells, decrease it's ability to repair damaged cells, decrease it's ability to detoxify heavy metals, make tumor cells thrive, and make it more susceptible to fatigue and illness.
An acidic pH can occur from, an acid forming diet, emotional stress, toxic overload, and/or immune reactions or any process that deprives the cells of oxygen and other nutrients. The body will try to compensate for acidic pH by using alkaline minerals. If the diet does not contain enough minerals to compensate, a build up of acids in the cells will occur.
There are two factors that are ALWAYS present with cancer no matter what else may be present. Those two factors are Acid pH and Lack of Oxygen. Can we manipulate those two factors that always have to be present for cancer to develop and by doing so will that help reverse the cancer? If so, we need to learn how to manipulate those two factors.
Cancer needs an acid and low oxygen environment to survive and flourish within. Terminal cancer patients are around 1000 times more acidic than normal healthy people. The vast majority of terminal cancer patients possess a very low body pH. Why?
In the absence of oxygen, glucose undergoes fermentation to lactic acid. This causes the pH of the cell to drop from between 7.3 to 7.2 down to 7 and later to 6.5 in more advanced stages of cancer and in metastases the pH drops to 6.0 and even 5.7 or lower. Our bodies simply can not fight disease if our body pH is not properly balanced.
The normal human cell has a lot of molecular oxygen and a slightly alkaline pH. The cancer cell has an acid pH and lack of oxygen. Cancer cells cannot survive in an oxygen rich environment. At a pH slightly above 7.4 cancer cells become dormant and at pH 8.5 cancer cells will die while healthy cells will live. Again, the higher the pH reading, the more alkaline and oxygen rich the fluid is. Cancer and all diseases hate oxygen / pH balance. The proper alkalinity pH of the blood ( 7.35 - 7.45 ) is critical for the overall health of the body. In other words... alkaline or die.
Acidosis, an extended time in the acid pH state, can result in rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, lupus, tuberculosis, osteoporosis, high blood pressure, most cancers and many more. If salivary pH stays too low, the diet should focus on fruit, vegetables and mineral water as well as remove strong acidifiers such as sodas, whole wheat and red meat.
Foods considered to be alkaline-forming and thus helpful to people with consistently acid pH include: almonds, aloe vera, apples, apricots, bee pollen, buckwheat, cabbage, cantaloupe, celery, carrots, cucumbers, dairy products except hard cheese, dates, dulse, poached eggs, figs, grapefruit, honey, lettuce, millet, parsley, raisins, peaches, fresh red potatoes, pineapple, soy products, sprouted seeds, cooked spinach, turnip tops, wakame miso soup, azuki beans, rice, mineral water.
People who remain too acid often display symptoms such as: anxiety, diarrhea, dilated pupils, extroverted behavior, fatigue in early morning, headaches, hyperactivity, hypersexuality, insomnia, nervousness, rapid heartbeat, restless legs, shortness of breath, strong appetite, high blood pressure, warm dry hands and feet.

Dreams that have story

Well.... last night, had a weird dream.... first it was a frightening one, with ghost that haunt me. Well.... maybe I did something bad in my past life... hee... hee.. Then I went on to sleep, the next dream is much more interesting... Can't remember all... Well... it was a some building. Then some kind of spirit that attacked in and many people in the building had be possessed by the spirit. Then some of them manage to hide and run away. Then one of them ran out of the building, the spirit was chasing him, lucky there was some kind of superhero... or some special power being came. and saved that person and tied the person up the tree. Well... the person urine on one of the super hero... it seems that the urine scare off the spirit... They went in the building and save people. It seems like a movie or some kind. weird... I was only someone watching the dream but not inside the dream.

What Causes Me to be Acidic?
The reason acidosis is more common in our society is mostly due to the typical American diet, which is far too high in acid-producing animal products like meat, eggs and dairy, and far too low in alkaline-producing foods like fresh vegetables. Additionally, we eat acid-producing processed foods like white flour and sugar and drink acid-producing beverages like coffee and soft drinks. We use too many drugs, which are acid-forming; and we use artificial chemical sweetners like NutraSweet, Equal, or aspartame, which are extremely acid-forming. Note that a food's acid or alkaline-forming tendency in the body has nothing to do with the actual pH of the food itself. For example, lemons are very acidic, however the end-products they produce after digestion and assimilation are very alkaline so lemons are alkaline-forming in the body. Likewise, meat will test alkaline before digestion but it leaves very acidic residue in the body so, like nearly all animal products, meat is very acid-forming.
